General conditions

Contract
By making your payment into our account at the Banco Popular, bank code 0075-0165-31, account number 0600353563 you authorise Europa-Lotto S.L. to play your numbers in your name in the Spanish lottery block. The receipt of your numbers is considered to be the order to play them. The numbers will be played as long as your game account has sufficient funds, until we receive new numbers or until you wish to interrupt the game. The numbers and your wish to interrupt the game will have to be submitted in writing. -
Period of acceptance
The cycle is 7 days, always from Monday to Sunday. As long as the numbers as well as the funds in your game account are there on Wednesday, they will be played from the following Monday. If that Monday was a bank holiday in Spain, the cutoff date for the game will be Tuesday. Numbers that are received after that cutoff date will automatically be played one week later. -
Period of notice
You can cancel your game account at any time towards the end of the following week, with 1 month time to cancel. Your notice will have to be submitted in writing. Payments of the remaining balance will be made by crossed cheque or transfer. -
Winnings
The winnings will be credited to your game account. You will be notified if you have 5 right numbers, 5 right numbers with the supplementary number or 6 right numbers. From 5 right numbers Europa-Lotto S.L. will charge a 5% commission on winnings. Winnings from three or four right numbers are free of commission. -
Payments
You can give the instruction to payments out of your game account at any time. The order will have to be submitted in writing. Payments will be made by crossed cheque. -
Inappropriately marked tickets
In the case of inappropriately marked tickets, such as crossing less than 6 numbers, the number following the last crossed one will automatically be taken. With games playing the complete system the missing numbers will also be completed. The numbers will not be played if your game account does not have sufficient funds. As soon as your game account has funds again we will play the numbers. We hope you'll understand that we reserve the right to not play any numbers, if we cannot understand the way the ticket is filled in. -
Liability
Any claim for damages against Europa-Lotto, S.L. is excluded as long as the damage was not caused by premeditation or gross negligence. Europa-Lotto, S.L. cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning of technical facilities for which we are not responsible such as transcription errors in particular. If any submitted numbers were not registered, there is a legitimate claim to have the already paid stakes refunded. There are no further claims. Any claim will have to be asserted within 4 weeks after the particular game. Otherwise these claims become invalid. - If one or a few clauses of these general conditions were invalid, it does not mean that all the general conditions will automatically become invalid. The invalid clause should be replaced by a provision that economically comes as close as possible to it.
Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent court of law in Villajoyosa/Spain.
